Appearance
Von höhnel's chameleon is a medium-sized chameleon, typically reaching lengths of 10-30 centimeters. It has a long, slender body covered in granular, keeled scales. Coloration varies greatly, but many individuals exhibit green, brown, or gray hues. Key features include a single rostral horn, prominent dorsal fin, and long prehensile tail.
