Diet

Appearance
Rainbow frog is a small to medium-sized frog, with a rounded, chunky body and smooth skin. It showcases an impressive orange and black coloration pattern, which is often banded or swirled. Males feature a distinctively large black patch behind the arm. Its common adaptations include a short, rounded snout and large, bulging eyes, specially adapted for a semi-arboreal lifestyle. There are not significant changes in its appearance as it ages.
Behavior
Rainbow frog is known for its appealing yet unique defensive strategy known as aposematism, where it flaunts vibrant colors to warn predators of its toxicity.
