Rhinella granulosa (common names: granular toad, common lesser toad) is a species of toad in the family Bufonidae. The species was redelimited in 2009 and is now endemic to Brazil.

Common lesser toad primarily feeds on small arthropods. The species boasts a varied invertebrate diet that includes ants, spiders, beetles and termites. They may even consume snails, given the opportunity.
Appearance
Common lesser toad is a medium-sized toad with a rough, granular skin. Its overall coloration is grayish-brown, often with dark patches and spots, and a distinct lighter underbelly. The toad's most distinctive features are its prominent parotoid glands behind the eyes and large, wart-like bumps on its limbs. There are no significant differences in physical appearance due to age, gender, or subspecies.
Behavior
Common lesser toad is a nocturnal and solitary species, noted for its distinctive vocalizations. During mating season, males use an inflated vocal sac to produce calls attracting females.
