Fenoulhet's toad primarily consumes small insects and arthropods. Their nocturnal habits allow them to capitalize on the activity of prey including beetles, spiders, and ants which form an integral part of their dietary regimen.
   Appearance
Fenoulhet's toad is a small-sized toad with warty, dry skin. It has a distinct dark brown, almost black coloration with lighter edges around the warts. Two parallel ridges extend from the back of the eyes down the back. This toad lacks obvious tail or wings, and it's difficult to discern between genders due to their similar features and sizes.
