The steppe baboon (Papio cynocephalus), also called Yellow Baboon or Babuin, is a primate species of the genus Baboons within the family of Meerkatzenverwandten (Cercopithecidae).

Appearance

Other unique physical traits include long, reaching arms, a short tail, and pronounced ischial callosities.
Behavior
