Appearance
Forest bromeliad treefrog is a small to medium-sized frog with smooth skin. Its color varies from tan to green or brown, with dark spots or stripes that offer effective camouflage. This species often has a vibrant yellow underbelly. There is no significant visual difference between males and females or distinct age-related changes. Its most distinctive features are its large eyes and slender limbs.
Behavior
Forest bromeliad treefrog exhibits remarkable adaptability, inhabiting humid lowlands and montane forests. At night, it becomes highly active as an insectivorous predator.
