Appearance
Urnero is a medium-sized frog with a stout, compact body. Its rough, warty skin is primarily dark brown, but it also features distinctive black markings and a pale underbelly. Males have a unique white throat. Apart from its vivid color variation, this species has a short, rounded snout and small hidden tympanum, creating a distinctive profile. Unlike some frog species, it lacks any physical adornments such as horns or spines.
