   Diet
Even-fingered gecko is an insectivorous species, primarily feeding on ants. Its diet also includes a variety of beetles, spiders, and other small invertebrates, exhibiting an opportunistic feeding behavior.
   Appearance
Even-fingered gecko is a small reptile, measuring around 10cm, with a slim, elongated body and rough, scaly skin. Its coloration is predominantly a sandy yellow, mottled with irregular brown patches, helping it blend into its desert environment. The tail is long and pointed. There are no significant differences in appearance due to age, gender, or subspecies.
   Behavior
Even-fingered gecko is predominantly nocturnal and solitary, with a noted tendency for burrowing into lose sandy soil. Its primary defensive tactic involves rapidly disappearing beneath the sand. To survive harsh climates, it even demonstrates brumation, a hibernation-like state. Distinctively, even-fingered gecko adopts a cloacal respiration mechanism under sand, allowing oxygen absorption through the skin and cloaca while buried.
